V-Talk India Pvt Ltd is a Digital Marketing Agency providing services related to Digital Marketing, encompassing Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Email Marketing, Google & Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Branding. The agency is duly registered with the Delhi Government and holds GST and MSME Registration certificates.
By engaging in any services provided by V-Talk India Pvt Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, including the Refund Policy outlined herein.
Service fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the service contract. Clients are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon payment terms. V-Talk India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise service fees with prior notice to clients.
The engagement for any service is subject to the terms mutually agreed upon in the service contract. V-Talk India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the client violates the agreed-upon terms or engages in activities contrary to ethical business practices.
a. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
– If the client chooses to cancel the service before its commencement, a 90% refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs 15 days or more before the agreed start date.
– A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs within 7-14 days before the agreed start date.
– No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the agreed start date.
b. Once the service has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations.
All creative content, designs, and materials developed by V-Talk India Pvt Ltd during the provision of services are the intellectual property of V-Talk India Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited.
V-Talk India Pvt Ltd agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and not disclose sensitive business details to third parties without explicit consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with GST regulations related to the services provided by V-Talk India Pvt Ltd. GST charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated and included in the invoiced amount.
By engaging in services with V-Talk India Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy outlined above. V-Talk India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.
